All of our reception packages include:

• Your choice of two entrees, two side dishes, and a salad with dinner rolls.

• Linens and place settings

• Setup and clean up

• 5.5 hours of hall rental plus .5 hour for pack up

• Beverage service including bartender, soft drinks, coffee, tea, mixes lemons and limes

• Choice of centerpieces

• Decorative card box

Peak Season Package (May-Oct)

• Saturday 125 guest minimum ($35.95)

• Friday and Sundays 100 guest minimum ($34.95)

• Hors devours $2.50 each or 3 for $7​

Off-Peak Season Package (Nov-April)

• Saturday 100 guest minimum ($33.95)

• Friday and Sundays 85 guest minimum ($32.95)

Winter Special (Jan - Mar)

• Saturday 100 guest minimum ($32.95)

• Friday and Sundays 85 guest minimum ($31.95)

Alcohol is permitted, please see our alcohol packages tab for more details. A security guard will be required at $180 (to be paid in cash the night of the event) for any reception with alcohol. SYB will furnish the officer.

A 12% service fee will be added to all packages, which includes tax.

Gratuity is optional. When comparing venues, consider service fees, tax, gratuity, bar fees, time, and guest minimums. SYB is a great value!
