Alcohol Package Options
For every event with alcohol, it is required that a security guard be present. This is an additional $180 to be paid (in cash) by the rentee on the night of the event. SYB will furnish the security guard ahead of time.
Additionally, if you purchase an alcohol package, you must hire one of SYB's bartenders at $14 per hour.
A. Corkage Fee
You may bring in your own alcohol (beer, wine, liquor, seltzers) for a corkage fee of $300.
Any remaining alcohol will be yours to take home after your event.
B. Cash Bar
SYB will provide all of the alcohol and your guests pay for their own drinks.
Prices per drink vary and can be discussed at time of booking.
C. Tab Bar
SYB will provide all of the alcohol and keep a tab for you. At the end of the evening, you pay the tab for whatever your guests drank.
